Service Area FAQs
Find answers to common questions about our pet waste removal boundaries, scheduling, and community pricing for Holy City Scoops.
What are your exact service boundaries?
Our core coverage area includes the entire Nexton master-planned community and Summerville extensions, Sangaree, Knightsville, and Lincolnville. If you are located just outside these bounds, please submit a request form so we can check availability for your specific street.
How do you handle scheduling for different neighborhoods?
We group our scooping routes geographically to ensure consistent visit times and minimize vehicle traffic in your neighborhood. Typically, Nexton residents are serviced on specific set days of the week, while surrounding Summerville areas follow a separate localized schedule.
Is there special pricing for Nexton residents?
Pricing is based on the number of dogs and the frequency of service. However, we often offer neighborhood group rates for clusters of homes on the same street. Mention your specific HOA or community area when signing up to see if any current local promotions apply!
